Hi. Me again. Here's a link to a table of the 180 missing primes and matching phrases/words.
Some I am sure of as being correct, others not so much. Every comma denotes a new phrase or word. Some phrases are broken down word by word and the following values correspond.
Openpuff just doesn't seem right.
Why give us squares we already have?
Why suddenly switch to such a simple method of cryptogogrphy with no additional layers of obfuscation? I don't buy it. I went back and approached it from an angle that seems more likely.
The primes are sacred. To not use the numbers as part of the solution seems nonesense, so I wrote an app to help convert numbers into words and phrases visa versa.
Here's a completely different set of 3 magic squares, but i think there are at east 12 squares. 3 for each page of the onion. For the 3 gifted squares we got in return 3 more pages of the Liber Primus. I think for each set of squares there are additional chapters of the book. So what about the other squares? Do i have any evidence there are more?
I have more info I will be sharing later today. Some of it I have already shared in IRC, but sometimes people just don't want to listen. *hint*
I will try to make the app publicly available sometime today too. As it stands right now it's has 139,000 words loaded into its database, and you can add words and phrases in batches or individually. It has the capability to search by word, by the word's numerical value, by phrase, by the numerical value of a phrase, by a word within any phrase, and by the numerical value of a word within a phrase. If i have time I will add a 'suggested solutions' option for missing numbers/words.
sunday morning
confirmed another square, i am trying to find a total of twelve by this evening. i have 5 so far not counting the freebies.
15.02.2014 The day they made contact (FALSE ALARM)
Some of the onion addresses posted by us to Onion6 were visited by presumably Cicada.
127.0.0.1 - - [15/Feb/2014:xx:xx:xx +0000] "GET /" xxx "-" :{}:
IMPORTANT: We have no evidence whatsoever that proves the source of the requests was Cicada. As far as we know, the requests might be from a background-task or from Tor itself. Other hidden services, which were up during the given timespan and not registered on Onion6, got requests, too.cicada :))wake up
Onion6 is Down
It went down at approximately 2am GMT 02/11/14. Is this the end? It doesn't matter. Study the koans, program your mind. Another emergence will come. Leave your shells behind.
News: We found 3 squares in mp3 (6.2.2014 14:30 GMT)
Disorganized and full of trolls 4chan /x/ solved the problem faster than we did.

TLDR:
- Download Openpuff (winfags only, Linux fags have to compile their own its opensource :-) -works also through wine- )
- Password : 33011033
- Interconnectedness.mp3
- Result is magicsquares.txt file containing: http://pastebin.com/UhTCGFqE

[12:20] <IAmNotCicada3301> Lurker69 from the rasputin/cicada image [12:20] <IAmNotCicada3301> Lurker69 diff from the goya portrait [12:20] <IAmNotCicada3301> Lurker69 under rasputin is last column of 5x5 matrix [12:21] <IAmNotCicada3301> Lurker69 under cicada logo is presumably 1st column of 7x7 matrix [12:21] <Lurker69> yeah i get it [12:21] <IAmNotCicada3301> Lurker69 Abouot portrait: http://uncovering-cicada.wikia.com/wiki/CICADA_3301_2014_PUZZLE_FACTS_PART_7 [12:21] <TaiiwoBot> ^ CICADA 3301 2014 PUZZLE FACTS PART 7 - Uncovering Cicada Wiki http://tinyurl.com/lex79px ^ [12:21] <Lurker69> one colimn had 5 and onther had 7 numbers [12:22] <IAmNotCicada3301> yes [12:22] <IAmNotCicada3301> notice that rasputin is to the right, and when cicada revealed the qsuare it was last column [12:22] <IAmNotCicada3301> so i think 181 7 15 ... is 1st column of 7x7 in that order [12:22] <IAmNotCicada3301> we need to find the 5 other middle columns now [12:22] <nbka> I seem to be unable to do math today =/ It will take a bit longer [12:22] <Lurker69> but... then we have 4 sqaures, one from page 4 one from new page 3 from onion 6v2, and partial two on portrait [12:22] <IAmNotCicada3301> now [12:23] <IAmNotCicada3301> 3 squares [12:23] <IAmNotCicada3301> one of the partials in portrait == reveal from onion 6 [12:23] <IAmNotCicada3301> look at 229.jpg last column, it's identical to rasputin column [12:23] <Lurker69> ah ok two form my list are the same then [12:23] <IAmNotCicada3301> 966, 1071, 626, 04, 434 [12:24] <IAmNotCicada3301> My intuition is that we miss another set of jpg from liber primus [12:24] <IAmNotCicada3301> you see, cicada gave the magic squares without rune encryption [12:24] <Lurker69> lel, maybe "french group" has them [12:24] <IAmNotCicada3301> it was in plain sigh [12:24] <IAmNotCicada3301> yes [12:24] <Lurker69> and not sharing :-P [12:24] <SheCalledMePaul> lol [12:24] <IAmNotCicada3301> i think there are some pages we dont have

All this came from here.
5x5 adds to 3301
- First one, has first line in portrait image under Rasutin, and on Liber Primus page from onion 6 v2
7x7 adds to 1033
- One (first is same as second) lino of second one is from portrait inder cicada logo.
5x5 adds to 1033
- Third one is from old 5x5 magic square matrix (page4?) page we found on server-status on ionion 4.

[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> yes should be column not row
[12:42] <mlehmk> shouldn't even matter
[12:42] <ChuckFive> depends how they are going to check em
[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> 181 . . . . . 7
[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> 7 . . . . . 351
[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> 15 . . . . . 456
[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> 16 . . . . . 16
[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> 456 . . . . . 15
[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> 351 . . . . . 7
[12:42] <IAmNotCicada3301> 1 . . . . . 181
[12:43] <IAmNotCicada3301> i think they will strip spaces and create a list or tuple
[12:43] <IAmNotCicada3301> so you have to get them in correct order as well, not just the correct numbers
[12:43] <cluosh> probably so
How to calculate missing 7x7 square:
[13:37] <IAmNotCicada3301> http://pastebin.com/Tp9L4i4N https://infotomb.com/25z8v[13:37] <TaiiwoBot> ^ Magic square 2 of 13 shared secret scheme the centrosymmetric magic square ha - Pastebin.com ^
[13:37] <IAmNotCicada3301> The example of this theory
[13:39] <IAmNotCicada3301> Now we can ask the question how many elements and in which position are needed to fill (or uncover) the full magic square if we allow only rotations (R) and line completion (L). The answer is interesting. For instance almost all cases when the outer layer has 6 out of 8 uncovered positions, and the middle layer or center is the 7th. It turns out altogether 6 positions can be enough too (positions 1,2,4,5,6,10, using c
[13:39] <IAmNotCicada3301> ontinuous left-right downwards reading style indexing).
[13:39] <IAmNotCicada3301> If the hex strings are what we are looking for as ciphertext, then one segment is 256/12 = 63 byte long. Alternatively the ciphertext is the p4 garbage outguess
[13:44] <officerdibble> http://pastebin.com/Tp9L4i4N is wrong, 5x5 "centro-symmetric" magic square has 13 variables but only 7 independent constraints, so it requires 6 numbers to determine the answer
[14:04] <officerdibble> the 7x7 square has 25 variables and 9 indepedent constraints, so requires 16 numbers to be give, we have 6 independent numbers given so need 10 more
ˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇspeculationˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇˇ
[14:03] <Lurker69> maybe cicada meant that we can submit any square that has portrait numbers in first column
[14:04] <Lurker69> and other numbers will be different form individual to individual and used as seed for next puzzle

not my department sorry
[11:19] <IAmNotCicada3301> it seems that they will contact each "winner" by automation [11:19] <IAmNotCicada3301> so if "good squares" bot_contact [11:19] <IAmNotCicada3301> they wont even look at your page, will just (onion)/cgi/upload?file=....
